Hotel service didn't really exist. No one cleaned rooms and we stayed for 3 days. Was disappointing cause we didn't get any shampoo or conditioner or even soap for that matter. Luckily i had some with me.. They had a pop machine there that didn't even work. And I resorted to just buying drinks down the road at Walmart. Which I will say is a strength for this location. Had decent food and entertainment nearby. Pillows left a little to be desired size wise but again they were still soft. Overall our inspector said this place was a pretty good deal for a week reservation for 2 rooms. Worth the money

How long do you have?! It began when I tried to make my reservation over the phone and it was clear that the person I was speaking to had absolutely no idea about what she was doing. I went to the website and made my reservation that way. When we arrived, there must have been 15 kids circling the building on their bikes. We got our key only to find that the outside door had no locking mechanism and was open to anyone who pulled on the handle. Thus the building was COMPLETELY unsecure. The room was not clean at all, the toilet had a huge, grimy ring inside of it, there was no soap at the sink, only two towels (we were registered for four adults), three very small pillows for each bed. We started to get nervous about the possibility of lice or bedbugs. I went down to the desk and requested two more towels, more pillows, hand soap, and a toilet brush after explaining that the toilet was not clean. I was told a) the only towels left were stained if we wanted more towels (apparently only two guests get to use a dry towel while the other family members have to dry off with stained towels, soaking wet towels, or use a hair dryer that they brought with them to blow themselves dry), b) there were no more pillows because they were booked, c) I was handed a bag that I was told had soap...it did not. There were two tubes of shampoo and two tubes of hand lotion, d) I was handed the toilet brush without any inquiry about the toilet. Apparently, customers are expected to clean their own rooms prior to their stay at this Rodeway Inn. The person at the desk was not unfriendly, but definitely distracted by two children in her care while she was working the desk. After finding a better option, I canceled our second night and returned my keys for the first night. I must say, I have been to hotels in third world countries. I have yet to see a hotel as badly managed, unsafe, and disgusting as this one. Avoid this hotel at all costs! It really was this bad!

You get what you pay for....IF THAT....the only good thing about our stay is the woman who checked us in..she was very nice and sweet....when we got our keys and went to bring in our items the hallway smelled of a musty weed covered in a cinnamon/floral over powering fragrance to try to hide that....walked into our room and noticed our TV remote didn't even work and the TV cable was all unplugged. Sweet lady came down to try to fix ir but no luck and the light above the sink didn't work unless u tapped on it couple times to come on...the plug from the light didn't work and the one lamp didn't work....our bathroom was okay except the yellow water and hair in the shower. The floor was sticky as well. The next morning we noticed our door handle was broken and it was almost broken and ripping off the door, my fiancé went to go complain and asked what they could do and the woman (not same one who checked us in) was rude and said if we don't like it than leave and that our concerns didnt matter and its a safe place....we felt unsafe here each night for sure and all u hear is dogs barking and banging outside.....very run down hotel even with renovations if u want to call them that. Regret staying will go back across street to comfort inn next time out here.

I booked the hotel online as I was traveling from out of town. Upon arriving to the hotel I noticed several curtains half cut/torn from the outside and the building looked completely run down. Upon entering I couldn’t get anyone at the front desk and once I finally got to the room it was so filthy we couldn’t even take off our shoes. I paid for the king suite expecting a fun time for my little ones and instead I had to leave and find another hotel. Apparently this hotel is known in Huntington for rooms being rented out for drug related purposes which makes sense now because I questioned the sign on the door that stated they had no available rooms and I found that extremely odd for the are. If I could rate this hotel honestly I would rate it condemned. I can’t say enough horrible things about the hotel, I’m sorry.
