You never have time to leave. but they expect us to arrive on time and ready to answer the charges against us! even though I have a court case since October 2019 And I barely got my discovery! So how the hell am I supposed to answer the charges when I don't even know who or what evidence or testimony they have against me?

You would have to go to the mathison court House and go to the AOC on the third floor you can also ask the officers on duty to help they are pretty knowledgeable about what service the court has to offer

They make communication so frustrating that think you will hire one of their buddy attorneys to do it for you. They are too lazy to serve the public
You can email the court records or go in to the clerk to get a copy. It dose cost to get a copy.
Yes this is a family court. Anything you have issues with just take it over there and they would be more then happy to deal with court and legal affairs dealing with anything you can think of. The more crime and issues you have for them the better for the third district court and for the law.
