Worst experience I have ever had at a car shop, I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only did I schedule my oil change, JUST an oil change a week in advance. I made my appointment for 11am (dropped it off at 10am) because it said it would be done by 2:00 pm online which is perfect because I work at 3:00 pm. 3 hours for an oil change is a little much especially when it’s literally a 30 minute process of oil running out and then just filling it back up. I call at 2:15 because I still received no call stating it was ready. I was told at 2:15 “your cars up next” NEXT?! What was done for the 4 hours it sat there? What are the appointment times for? Why did I even drop it off? Why does it take 5 hours to change oil? The best I got from Paul was a lame “sorry” like yes I’m sorry you can’t do your job and I’m sorry you can’t hold up your end of an agreement and lastly I’m sorry that you offered nothing like a discount to come back or any type of real apology.

My husband made an appointment online for my car to have a air check since my tire has been slowly leaking air a few weeks now. My appointment was for 10:00am. I dropped off my car at 9:45am and my husband and I went out to run errands. We didn’t hear anything and at that point it was noon. My husband called and was told my car was the next to go in. A bit frustrating but things happen. We did more errands and we drove past the parking lot of the Goodyear. My car was still in the same spot. By this time it was pushing 1:00pm. I went in and asked if my car was finished. The older man that sits by the bay window said it was next to go in. I said that I was “confused at why my car didn’t go in yet and my appointment was at 10:00am.” He said “ well you dropped it off. So what are we doing to your car” I said “there is a leak in my tire and wanted to see what was wrong” to that he replied “do you even remember what you wrote? You said you needed air” I said “I didn’t make the appointment online my husband filled it out” The man then said “well we didn’t write it on there” at this point I just wanted my car back. I think it’s ridiculous the way he spoke to me. Like I was some child. At that point I asked for my keys and left the store. It is disappointing because my husband and I take our cars in there all the time and I’ve never had this bad of an experience. Now I have to find out another place to have work done.

Had a balled tiers on a Saturday everything booked however Carl and Brenda got my car in and out as I still had so much todo .. they were so funny and Profesional and have great prices at this Goodyear. If your looking for fast service and a fun environment then come here. Thanks again Carl and Brenda
