Two visit for two separate inquiries and always getting rejection from staff saying “ we are not able to see it or I can’t do that ”.l I went for to see where is my package and fedex employees working in fedex store are not able to see where is package, forwarding to your robot customer service where I tried to have a care and waited for 30 minutes without success, thanks fedex for your customer care
