The manager that said she worked there for over 11 years have no customer service and does not deserve to have a JOB dealing with customers. She did not even correct her workers instead she sided and was rude too. The girl that did my return is so rude and do not know how to talk to customers. I asked how long the return would take because she rudely said, it’s gonna take awhile. Then she goes and say that the computer should’ve updated their number to match the store smh. Hello. That’s not my problem or business. If you can’t even do your job without speaking complaining. Quit. So you don’t upset or ruin someone’s day by your nastiness. And I don’t ever write reviews. But people need to know about these two people that supposedly works 67 hours a day there. If I had more time, I’d write to corporate!!!! Hopefully the owner read this and get better customer friendly workers that is competent and more educated!!! Disgraceful!! Thanks to those nasty workers, a lot of people in the area won’t be coming back cuz of those workers!!! Look at the other reviews.
