Was at windsor this morning in philadelphia mills to see if there were any prom dresses. I absolutely love love the adorable boutique ess clothes and dresses BUT the Staff were not welcoming, didn't greet anyone they were miserable and definitely from their facial expressions did not want to be there working. Then we found a shoe that went with the dress she wanted to buy BUT when asked if they had the shoe in a size 6 that staff said that they had one shoe in a six not two but one shoe???? I asked her I purchase the shoes on-line and get expected shipping? She looked at me like I had 13 heads so we ended up leaving. It's ashame bc we love the clothes in there but the staff does not make you feel welcomed or willing to want to help at all.
