The workers could not take a passport picture using reason they didnt know how. I said all I needed was the pic. Wouldnt help . Then when I was shipping the attendant could not explain what PSO stood for or what it was. The staff didnt want to assist in anything even if asked.

This is the worst ups location I’ve ever been to. I went to do an Amazon return, the guy at the counter tried to charge me for the mailing label just for using his printer - I’ve NEVER paid for an AMAZON label just for printing in store. EVER. Unless it’s noted through a company on Amazon to pay for the label, Amazon labels are never needed to be paid for. The guy also tried charging me for an extra package when my item was already boxed. The store is chaos - just avoid!!

I no longer will do my business here, I've sent out 298 packages in less than a year, using this store, just recently they hired a new employee just decided to argue with me over and over about an issue she really knew nothing about. I do not need the unpleasantness of this type of employee. I will be taking my business at a corporate ups! Then I will deal with ups directly. What a shame, good help is so hard to find, owner and mother are very nice but they aren't always there.

This place is horrible with delivery.app states package is ready for pick up but when I've gone on 3 attempts to get my package they claim they can't find it or that it's not there Also. They state that they don't use tracking # to locate packages they go by name, which they're suppose to use tracking #. Never got package delivered to my address neither and drivers would claim to have attempted delivery which I was all day home waiting and they NEVER came but they would claim they did on the computer entry.
