My daughter went into this store at around 630pm today to have links taken out of the band. The kid there was very rude and told her to drop it off and pick it back up tomorrow he is only one person. Not sure if he is having a bad day but when I buy a watchfeom them and need it adjusted atleast be nice about things

Store hours are not accurate for Saturday as what is advertised on Google. I went to have my watch sized and the store was already closed. This was at 7p.m.
