It's only one star because there is no such thing as zero stars. NEVER hire this company. They are a perfect display of disrespect and lack of professionalism. All people who don't care about customer service. I bought a refrigerator at Samsung for which I also paid to take the old one and install the new one. As soon as the driver from Ruiz & Zaiter Enterprises, Inc. arrived, he said that he would not take the old sub zero we had, because they "don't take sub zeroes." Summary: the driver left and did not leave us the new refrigerator. Now we will have to wait 2 more weeks to receive the new refrigerator. AMAZING

The workers who delivered my refrigerator that I had been waiting on for two months to be delivered, measured the frame of the door but didn't notice the latch that was on it. So... They scraped and dented the front left door of the fridge all the way across! Once they realized it, they said they'd leave it with me so I can have some sort of a fridge. They said they'd ordered me a new one and I would get a call the next day. I never got a call so I called Samsung who told me the worker reported the fridge as damaged, but never started the return or exchange process with XPO. They left the damaged fridge with me on April 14th and I am still waiting to hear from them. I called XPO as well only to hear the workers truly hadn't ordered my replacement refrigerator. Supposedly, they're searching my area to see if there's another fridge near me. I'm so frustrated with this process that I just might request a return, pickup, and refund if I haven't heard from them by Monday. Signed disappointed and exhausted! ... So much so that I didn't even let them put the handles on the damaged fridge they left me.
