I went to donate blood, they treated me with great care and hospitality. The lady who attended me named Youlin, very attentive and friendly. He filled out all the documentation down to the smallest detail. I was able to see his great professionalism from the moment he began to extract my blood until the process was concluded. Everything is of excellence.

I had a very bad experience today day at The facility in Miami Gardens and 67th Ave. when I walked in the receptionist asked me if I had a mask I told her that I did not have one to please give me one, another customer came in and the receptionist told her you’re the only one today that is smart enough to read the sign outside. I was about to walk out of your location luckily ,I saw the lady that always takes care of me .and I calm down and I told her about my incident with this lady. Next time if I go to your location and the ladies there I will turn around and will not donate blood to this location. My friend that goes to the Cooper city location when he goes without a mask they give him a mask not give them these kind of comments by an employee. And another word she call me stupid very very disrespectful
