Applause and appreciation to Nick at the Trek Columbia shop. Bike had to be shipped from Chicago to student attending local College. Meticulous and timely reassembly, along with readjusting bike to fit student - and always showing genuine care. Good experience!

Hi Marsha, Bring us your old bike and you’ll immediately get Bicycle Blue Book value as in-store credit toward the purchase of a new ride.
Appointments, definitely. They have a lot of repair and tune up business and you might have to get an appointment a week out. Plus, parts availability could delay when your bike is ready if they need to be ordered. This is likely the case everywhere.
They do have rentals.
