Really disappointing experience. We went to the Madison Avenue location searching for a very specific pair of pants for each of us. While 2 of the more seasoned associates helped us and we’re very helpful, another was quite rude when I was looking through other shirts. Then he said to another that we’re only looking for cheap stuff and we were immediately discounted. He’d come directly behind me and put any items I was looking back in his particular order, almost compulsively. I also asked him a sizing question and he spoke to me like I was a bother. We felt very pushed out. We bought the pants because we needed this specific look but the customer service was very disappointing and it’s not likely I’d do business there again.
