I had a return and a guy accidentally exchanged my item. I explained to the store manager about what happened and she didn’t do anything about it! She said I understand but I have to call the customer service and they should solve your issue! First of all, I was not the person who did the mistake! Second, They waisted my time! I stayed at the store for almost 2 hours! No one even said sorry to me but they gave me an attitude! They said they fixed the issur over the phone but they didn’t. Money was not going back on my account even after one month! I called the customer service I was on the line for another 1 hour and they said we have to do the investigation! They didn’t call me back! After two weeks I called them again! Same process and same thing! When I called for the fourth time they said yeah we did the investigation and you were right! They called the store to make sure I was not lying about what happened!!! Overall I got my money back but it didn’t worth the hassle they waisted hours of my life! And they gave me a hard time! The store manager knew I was right but didn’t do anything! She doesn’t know how to manage the situation!I will never ever go to this store again and won’t suggest it to anyone! Very disappointed!

If I could have give. Zero stars it would be zero. I went in on January 2nd to to an exchange and Oscar’s demeanor was rude and nonchalant. Angela, was the sales person. I presented my item with proof of purchase & Angela was un able to find my purchase even after I gave her my A list number. Oscar displayed his in difference attitude and stated in an rude tone that he had to call customer service to verify my purchase. He did nothing to further assist me with my exchange. I ended up going to another express to do my return. I called customer service to share my poor experience at the Westfield Montgomery express Molly didn’t offer any type of resolution. She stated that my information was passed on to the district manager and that an investigation is being conducted. I’m not sure why theres any need for an investigation as the customer is always right. I was well within my rights to do the exchange. This ordeal has cost me great inconvenience. As A top tier, A list customer that supports express brand my experience should have been better. I will no longer support Express. Molly called me on Wednesday, February 9th ,2022 and had no answers or to ensure me that Oscar’s behavior will not be tolerated. The poor customer service I received reflects poorly on upper management. I’ve ask to speak to the District manager as of today no one seems to have her information. This matter needs to be addressed to upper management so Oscar’s behavior will not be repeated towards anyone else.

Express accidentally tripled my large online order, so I brought in a lot of returns. They make it easy and quick and we’re very nice about it!
