My friend bought his watch there to get a battery fixed they flipped out the hole inside from an expensive watching and put in A stupid mechanism that probably cost a dollar to put in he just can’t get his battery switched and it broke a couple days later

You will not find any nicer, courteous and professional craftsmen and women anywhere. I'm lucky to live nearby but wherever you are you will not find better courtesy and customer service. The owner, Tom, pays special and personal attention to every customer with infectious enthusiasm and a big smile no matter how big or small your needs are. They have done minor fixes to major restorations for me and every time they have been flawless with original sourced parts. If I could say one other thing besides competence it would be integrity and local community support.

We can typically repair a bracelet on the same day. It really depends on the type of repair. We also purchase engagement rings and pearls.
Kayla McCann, you don't need an appointment it's definitely walk in sometimes it could be a tad bit busy. There's definitely a lot of staff on hand to assist you.
If you are referring to the glass or crystal of the watch, it would depend on what type of material it is made of. Standard glass crystals are from $30 to $45. Sapphire crystals are $80 and up.
It depends on how deep the scratches are. If they are beyond repair they can replace the crystal. They will be completely honest with you about it.
