I went to this location 6/29/2022 because my tire pressure light was on. I asked them if they could check to see if anything was wrong w/the tire or to see if there is something on the tire. (I had a warranty on the tire through them). They claim that they weren’t able to find my “history of the tire I purchased or any history on my vehicle l” luckily I had receipts to prove it. They finally took my car back, but never checked for what I asked them to. All they said was that “everything is fine tire pressure on all 4 tires were good”, never checked the main tire like I asked them to. The next morning the same tire was low. I called back on 6/30/2022 and asked to speak to a manager. I told him what had happened yesterday and I still had the same issue this morning his response was, “well what do you want me to do about it”…..customer service was completely horrible. He never tried to get more information or details about the situation. Never trusting this location w/my vehicle again. Unsatisfied and disappointed customer.

I trusted NTB! NOT ANYMORE! Took my car in to have tires, alignment checked and oil change. They sent me out with bald tires on the front of my car! Not once did they tell me they were bad and showing that the car was out of alignment. Today I had a blowout and when I called the Mgr he did NOT care. Asked me if I was just calling to complain or what I wanted. Told me I could not prove they did it!!! So SAD when Walmart does better! Awful person to not care when they risk someone's life.

Horrible, went for oil change. I know they didn't check fluids because my wiper fluid was empty. It was still empty. Mire tires needed air. The check tire light was on. A day after I section it came back on. So, they must of just reset the check engine light instead of airing the tires. I asked about the wiper fluid the technician say "I didn't work on it" Rude. Place was dirty. I wonder if they even changed the oil. Don't go.
