This was a real pleasure doing business with Marc and Joel. The service was exceptional! I purchased a Sun tricycle. Assembled, adjusted and delivered. Had some adjustments needed after actually riding and they came to the house and took care of me. Especially being a senior it would have been difficult to get the trike in for the adjustment. My thanks to these two for their care and great service.

Nice Bike shop in Baldwinsville. Helpful staff, I purchased a Trek Verve here and its a great bike at a reasonable price. They do on-site repairs, tune ups and sales. Real convenient off Rt. 690 and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Took my cruiser in for some refurbishing. Hoped to get new wheels, new seat, new foam on the handles, new chain, maybe new tires. All or some of that. Long story short they were unable to help me with ANY of it. Staff mentioned due to covid they were short on supplies. I get that, and that's why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. But staff offered no alternatives like "we can order a seat and have it in a few days". No help whatsoever. Maybe I was in the wrong place with my simple cruiser instead of a $2000 Trek.
