I enjoy Yampah, the caves are a great place to sweat the toxins out. Then hit the spa for some pampering, relaxation, or rejuvenation. The staff knows their job and takes excellent care of their customers. I recommend going and you will want to visit them again. I know that I go back at least once a month.

Yampa hot springs is not accessible. You can, however get in the water at Glenwood Springs resort.
