I went to this shop once and had a great experience. I know very little about bikes but came in with a broken derailleur. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to me I needed to know. I have found bike shops to sometimes feel condescending if you aren’t an expert, but the staff here were very down to earth and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They even told me it would be cheaper for me to find my part online and bring it in for them to put on.

Super honest workers, gave me a few bikes to choose from within my price range, explained plenty to me on pricing, parts, what makes a good or bad bike, and what makes a bike more expensive than another. as a first time buyer that was dope, you want to feel informed and not feel like your gonna get jipped so respect ✊🏽. I came home w a nice bike & plenty of knowledge.

They're fair. The problem now is it's hard to find a bike there or anywhere in the city do to the high demand. Everyone there is great and very knowledgeable about bicycles.
Due to the prevalence of bike theft in New York City, we have decided that it would be unethical for us to purchase bicycles in-store. We recommend folks post their used bikes on Craigslist. Good photos and an accurate description go a long way!
