I wish I knew what day and time the recent customers came because I would've loved to see a reflection of 3star or better customer service. Maybe it was too early for the employees (11:00 a m). I was greeted upon entry but the customer service ended at that point. I was looking for a minimum of 6 pairs of grade school sneakers. Not once, did any anyone ask if I needed help. If you guys don't hit your monthly quota this may definitely be a reason. Suggestive sales or any form of productive customer service can go a long way.

Manager is rude I bought a pair of sneakers online and the wrong size were shipped to me and I brong it to Jimmy jazz store and the manager said he couldn't be able to exchange the size for me because he dont have nothing with what happened

When you order shoes online and take it to the store most of the time they won't let you switch them your supposed to tell the people on the website you received the wrong size
