Over the course of two days of extraordinarily poor customer service, I refused to consider this company as a tenable option for my boating needs.Saturday, I scheduled a two hour time slot, 2 hours before I was to be there yet when I arrived to check in, the facility was empty. When I called them, they offered that no one must've noticed the registration so they closed because it looked like it was about to rain. No apology, no effort to address their oversight. So because my need was urgent, I called and scheduled a slot for the next day.I even called them on my way their to say that I would be arriving within 45 minutes. Once again, no one was there and after waiting for 15 minutes and calling with no one answering, I walked away in disgust at the lack of respect for their customers and absurdity of their inadequate operations. When businesses fail to honor the simplest of human relations, they no longer deserve a seat at the table of commerce.

If you’re looking for somewhere to rip you off and over charge you, you are going to have to find somewhere else. Everyone that I dealt with was fantastic and beyond helpful. Rented the pontoon and chilled at dynamite point, kids loved it so much we ended up renting it 2 days in a row. 10/10 would do it again.

Terrific experience, had a 4 hour boat rental and had a great time. Saw a few huge manatees, and the boat was very steady and reliable. Chris took care of my family and I, definitely will be coming back. Thank you!

We rented a pontoon for my fiancés birthday. We had such a great time. Super easy to book online although i called first just to get more information. The girl was so sweet & def help me make my mind up to do it. I’m so glad we did bc it was a beautiful day, the boat ran great & we all had a blast!! We stopped & topped of the gas at Harbor Town. It’s super easy to pull up to the dock & they have restrooms right close by.
