Not worth the risk: They cancelled my cake weeks before my wedding and were not friendly (to say the least). I ordered my wedding cake for 60 guests at $500+. Weeks before my wedding date, they noted the serving size was going to be 30 guests. I shared my concern that the agreed count was twice as much. I immediately received a threatening phone call from Isabel who screamed "who do you think you are questioning me and what do you know about cakes", continued to swear at me, then cancelled the order.

I decided to use ET cakes for our wedding cake based on all the amazing reviews I read online. We did the tastings and we went with chocolate for top tier and vanilla rum for the bottom tier. The custom fondant cake they made was incredible and the taste was outstanding! Everyone loved it. The matching color desserts were such a nice addition to our dessert table. Delivery was right on time. Isabel was fantastic to work with and always an email or a call away. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. :-)

We had vanilla rum and espresso flavors in our tiered wedding cake and it was AMAZING. We got so many comments about how delicious the cake was and can’t wait to eat the top in a year. The design was very elegant and the bakery was so easy to work with.

Presentation: Excellent! Our baby girl's 1st birthday cake turned out perfect!!! We couldn't be happier with the experience. Isabel and Rosie were incredibly patient with my anxious state of mind. As a first time mom, and first time throwing a birthday party for a child, I wanted everything to be just right. I sent in a PDF of my idea and the ET team delivered literally and figuratively. When I got extra anxious about potential changes to my idea they sent a designer sketch and honestly that's all I needed from them to calm my nerves. When our masterpiece showed up (on time) we were all blown away. Taste: Classic and Timeless. Honestly, everyone was pleased with the flavor. It remained our parents of "real" cake those were their words. Design: I couldn't have designed it better myself. The theme was "Curious George in Space" and they delivered. I'm so happy, so thankful. This beautiful cake elevated our tiny celebration for a little warrior princess. Thank you to the entire team!!!
