I woke up with bed bug bites all over me , me and my cousin both did . We shared a room there and me and him were the only two ate up , so I don’t suggest staying there unless you wanna get ate up by bed bugs .

Stayed at the Bodark. Was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews but thought after two years it has to be better. We stayed three nights and the place grew on us. Many of the furnishings are antique. The kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Although I would suggest updating the bathroom sinks. But both are fully functional. Separate faucet spouts for hot and cold water in one of the bathrooms is nostalgic but a challenge. Overall, a nice stay. Thanks!

There was a miscommunication on OUR end and I may have wrote a bad review on their actual website. The Buffalo Cabins did not charge my card without knowledge I however was unaware my finance and mother in law were purchasing the cabins when I received a text thanking me about a receipt. I deeply apologize and actually this place worked very hard to keep our big family together for this weekend! I'm excited to be staying here for the first time and have heard wonderful things from family previously staying at the Buffalo River Cabins.
