I love my room. Very clean, great staff, quiet, and surrounded by some decent fast food restaurants. I was able to Lyft to great restaurants downtown as well.

We were looking at a hotel close to the venue for a concert we were seeing. There rates were terrific, so close we could've walked to the venue! (I'm not THAT adventurous) Hotel was a LOT nicer than I expected and front desk guy was so friendly. Yes the neighborhood is a bit lower end but seriously it's not like it's the south side of Chicago. We never felt unsafe.

Terrible could not even explain it. First room we got that they said they just got done cleaning had dried up cum on the first bed still second bed had hair and food crumbs walls had hand prints for days. So they gave us a second room so second room soon as we walked in there was blood stains all over the floor and bathtub would not drain after my friend took a shower. But that’s not the worse part I had 8 people come knocking on the door trying to sell crack rocks to us. Then trying to pick fights everytime we left the room I would never stay here again you can say it’s good prices but I’ve stayed in cheaper that was nicer hell motels are nicer then here

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. Booked a room with two beds for a few of us passing through on a road trip. Walked back out and requested a refund 2 min after walking in. FILTHY! Roaches, stains on the walls, blankets, floors. Cigarette burns on almost all the furniture. Do not believe the pictures advertised on this hotel. Freaking disgusting. 🤢

We reserved a room for s 2 night stay and arrived and were told we would have to put down a 50 dollar deposit. I have worked for the statehighway,corp,of engineers, ect traveling weekly and nvr had to put a deposit down if something was broken. I did receive it back but it wasnt that great of a area and they only had coffee in the mornings no juice turned on for the children. I'll go back to best western in North Littlerock next time I'm there. I stayed there over a year for a job and it was very nice. This one not so much.
In the lobby if Im not mistaking. ...it has been a minute. ..try to catch family dollar. ..it's cheaper
