I've been visiting this place for a long time and the quality of the food has always been excellent, now I live in Kissimmee and every time I visit my brother in Cooper City we go to eat there, but the last few times the service has been poor, it's not that good as cdo was going at the beginning, they take the order and cdo is ready they deliver it to the table, so far so good, but after that they forget about the customer, they don't ask how the food is, if we want something additional, we finish eating, they pass more than 20 min and they don't clear the table and we have to ask for the bill so that they charge us, I would understand if the place was full because I have to wait but there were only 2 tables and the waiters at one table talking without worrying about the diners, I work in the restaurant industry and it is an area where we give our waiters more priority, which is good customer service, you can have the best food in the world but if you don't offer good service, customers don't come back...
