No one ever likes giving blood, well most people don’t. I couldn’t make an appointment online at any Quest, for whatever reason, so I did a walk-in. It took about an hour to be called back, which was expected. Once I was called back, I was greeted by the kindest technician, Sandra. Her touch was gentle, but her kindness and laughter were refreshing and infectious. Sandra made the overall experience so pleasant, and I would wait another hour just to see her again. 5/5 stars for Sandra! I’m only putting 4/5 stars for Quest as a company, due to the lack of service and wifi for customers who are needing to wait for long periods of time, and of course the inability to make an appointment and longer wait time for walk-ins.

I had made an appointment for 9AM and I arrived at 8:45AM. I checked in using the QR Code they sent me and was called in at 8:55AM for a nine order blood draw. Had a pleasant conversation with Sonia, the phlebotomist, and was out the door by 9:05AM. It was a very good experience with no complications. The business is on the first floor and has a small waiting room. Seemed to run efficiently while I was there and this was my first time there.
