I volunteer at this facility , it is hard for the women from their own perspective , however the environment in which they are , the rules and high expectations , I believe helps them to be prepared to a successful turn around upon coming back into society. The world is hard and competitive. They work , they learn to use their time wisely, they have a partial freedom under total supervision. They express it’s really hard , after living in Correccional Facility’s , they expect this step towards freedom to be something easier not more difficult. I love this these women and myself the staff and other volunteers will do anything to see them succeed. anything to se
