Worst company ever... They don't send the medical supplies on time, they send them wrong and there is no way to communicate with them. They promise to escalate the issue and they'll call back and, they never do. No one respond for anything. Avoid dealing with them

Excellent customer service with everyone I spoke to. My father's hospital discharge was seamless. Alexis made sure his equipment was delivered to the house before he arrived and even called me back to confirm. Definitely recommend.
