0/10- please don’t fall for this- I don’t usually write reviews but this needs attention. I am horrified at reading these reviews and even more horrified at the company’s response: “We constantly receive reviews from competitors and disgruntled employees to harm our reputation”- if your company is as amazing and people centred as you make it out to be, why would you think your employees are disgruntled? We “won” a holiday in a raffle whilst holidaying in Miami, got informed that the rep who we have spoken with who was very nice will pick us up and take us to the office for an appointment, then he said he’ll send an Uber. Indeed he sent an Uber, the “office” was a welcome centre in a hotel far from our destination, we didn’t see the representative there once although h mentioned that he will take us to speak with his manager. As soon as we got there they asked for our card details, job roles and passport which we questioned, they said “it’s just a requirement and we won’t be charged”, then proceeded to state that we need to attend a 120 minute presentation in order to redeem our holiday and the $40 holding fee we paid when we “won” the raffle initially. This was never mentioned to us, we never signed to agreed to this so we said no. We got out voucher and refund of $40 (on a prepaid card) and ran for the hills. The voucher is also too good to be true as an uncertain amount of taxes is added per night- better off just pre booking your own holiday, paying up front and knowing the total cost. Also no one could tell us what the company name actually is, we’ve seen so many different logos on this journey. Reading the reviews, others weren’t so lucky and actually attended the sales presentation which seems to have taken much longer and they were pressured into signing some sort of a contract. Stay away at all costs! There was no way we was falling for this scam and if even 1 cent is charged to my card I am prepared to open a legal dispute.

Worst purchase ever great presentation and pitch. Run Run Run fast if you are thinking about signing up. Been members since 2019 platinum is about $250 month our principle was 12k currently only a little over 1500 has been applied to principle with a total about 10k in payments. What sold us is no blackout dates. The biggest lie ever told. We have paid every single month on time and our credit score was about 715 when we signed up so we didn’t receive a horrible interest rate due to credit score. Don’t forget this point we have not used this for one trip since being a member. We even booked one trip a year ahead of time and they called and said due to demand for resort we are unable to fulfill your reservation this was about 1 month before our scheduled trip. They say you have to book 45-365days in advance for a trip in the contract. If you go to presentation highly recommend don’t sign it take it to an attorney for review for about 250-500 bucks will save u a headache and a ton of money. The free stuff they offer like basketball games are valid and only thing my family did get to use from this horrible experience we are still paying for. -1 star for sure Wish we weren’t so dumb and soon as it said only three days to cancel we should have walked away with only the free stuff. They don’t give u access to anything for the first couple of days intentionally like it’s a malfunction with the system but by day 5 we tried to cancel and been screwed ever since.

Being a member, has done nothing for me but show me that it’s possible for EVERYONE to travel with this program. I don’t care what anyone says, this program has allowed me to take my dream trips to Hawaii & Bali, Indonesia. I never thought I would go! But Holidays Lounge made it possible for me, so thank you to EVERYONE who works here for giving me this amazing opportunity.

Need to call them within a three day period after you signed the contract . Only then full refunded will be given back. This is from their contract.
