Positive: Very nice motel. Good value. Clean and well organized. Will stay there again if we're in the area. Negative: Minor issue with TV, but personnel took care of the problem.

We arrived for a two night stay on a Friday. There were 3 people behind the desk but only one person was checking people in. It took over 25 minutes to check in. The room was clean but there was no fridge like the other people in my party had. There were no hookups/plug ins for our phones/ipad in the room. Minimal outlets period! We were on the first floor at the very back and the outside door would slam whenever anyone left. People were going in and out until 2am so needless to say we did not get a good nights sleep. There was a young baseball group that stayed over and they overtook the pool. Their chaperones were non existent and no one from the front desk did anything to alleviate the issue. We had to leave the pool area. When we came back they had closed the pool after sampling the water. One of the front desk people had a stained top, not professional, and she used obscene language at her child, whom she would walk down the hall instead of being at the desk. The breakfast area was horrible, again the baseball group overtook that too. The syrup bottles were taken away because the kids were drinking the syrup, Hardly anything was replenished. The milk was at the opposite end of the cereal area and the utensils were hidden behind the small fridge - not convenient! The next morning we ate at the Perkins next door! The room towels were thin and not very big. My husband asked for some more towels, there weren't any extras but said she could wash ours and return them. In our room the chair was very dirty and worn - we did not sit in it. Also the lights were very dim - you could hardly see anything in the bathroom or at the sink. We usually have pretty good luck at Super 8's. The next time we come to visit family we will stay at another motel.

Place seems to be falling apart. The hot tub was broke. The sink was clogged in my room. The bathroom vent fan made so much noise I just didn't turn on the light in there. Honestly I don't think the rooms have been thoroughly cleaned in years. But annoying thing was the continental breakfast is little effort that is put into it they would be better off just not to offer it at all.

I am giving it the over because the staff is friendly, location is convenient, and the attempt at a suitable breakfast. Not including the pool and hot tub! The rooms are nice enough for what is paid for but the beds must have been upgraded. Because they are comfortable!!! Thanks everyone for keeping me warm this winter. God Bless!!!
