I didn’t get to check in until 6 pm cause my room wasn’t clean yet. Then I came back after a concert on my second night an my keys didn’t let me into my room. I was told I was going to be given some off for all that but nope ….bill was they same the next morning. Nice looking comfortable rooms.. don’t know if I’ll trust them for having my room ready when I need it

I stopped for the night and got a room. My keys did not work, so I went back to the lobby and told the lady working. She asked which room I had and I told her what was written on the key holder. She gave me new keys and I went back up. To my surprise there were people sleeping in that room. I went back down there and told the lady and she had the nerve to tell me that I told her the wrong room and my room was across the hall and blamed me for it. The next morning I told the front desk and asked if there was a manger I could speak with and was told they were busy cleaning some rooms. Ok whatever. I called the hotel later that night and left a message for the manger and never heard back. I do not recommend this place as the management didn't seem to care.

Great service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe and really enjoyed my stay here. Please do clean your pool more often though lol it was really slimy.

Stayed there for 5days. Awesome customer service. They even changed their breakfast Eggs 3days in a raw I don't eat pork. Stephanie and the other day shift guy at the counter are too sweet. Thank you for making it a memorable stay. By the way it's very clean. Enjoyed the gym. I didn't use the pool but it was tempting
