First time I go to a Nespresso boutique and am told there is no free coffee with purchase, only the pumpkin tasting and no milk either. Not on par with what I am used to from Nespresso internationally.

Yes it is working, even on weekends. It is a requirement to enter the anti-covid19 measures (mask, social distance, hand hygiene).

The truth is that the service in general at that nesspresso point is horrible ... terrible ... so they won't help you there ... you can try another point
