thank you for all the reviews. I think this place displays how much a poor office staff can destroy a business. Any Doctor who allows this to go on is no doctor I want to see.

To be honest, they deserve even below zero. It start when I ask for the earlier appointment for my wife to be the first patient , we arrived even before our appointment we found they booked another patient with us on the e same time, we register and ask the lady at the reception if I can get in with my wife to translate to her what the the doctor will ask her because she doesn’t speak or understand English well and she doesn’t mind. After long time I ask them that I am too late from my work then they answer me to be patient and my wife will be next , after waiting and waiting a lady show up and still waiting then suddenly they call her to get in without any explanation. Finally they call my wife, we try to get in but the nurse refused and asked me to stay out and let only my wife in, I explain to her that my wife need help with translation because her English not perfect, the funny thing that she answer me that my wife knows English which mean that she didn’t believe me and that with big attitude from her, and she shut the door on my face. Guess what my wife decided to leave without treatment because of their attitude and no respect from them. I think it’s the doctor fault because he hire unprofessional staff and without manners.

My daughter took me to this office for our first appointment the staff was horribly rude she spoke with a manager who called herself Doris who has no business being an office manager I have never felt so uncared for and treated so rudely I never got to see Dr. Rodriguez maybe he’s a good doctor but his office staff is ruining his reputation from what I’m reading. he needs to get rid of them all ASAP especially the office manager

Absolutely abhorrent front desk staff. If they don’t want to do their job, they should work at Walmart. Never seen such poor service from a doctors office.
