Wow. Completely disappointed. Scheduled appt with pulmonologist Justin Dolan. Took 4 phone calls to finally get someone who knew what they were doing. First visit was impressive. Liked the Dr a lot. Then it all went downhill. Was scheduled for a follow up visit a week later and they day before, they called to cancel. Next available with the Dr. appt wasn’t for another 3 weeks. Then believe it or not, the day before that appt, they called to cancel me again. Lung problems are serious and being rescheduled over and over is very unprofessional. Will most likely seek another Dr because my confidence in him is diminishing.

On hold for 15 mins for an office is unacceptable! I called back 3 times and they keep answering and then “please hold” over and over again! I can’t believe this is coming from a reputable office that handles patient care and health.

Frustrating you have to wait over a month for an appt with a doctor you just established care with as your PCP for a non-routine visit for medical problems. But they were able to schedule me with the PA. The nurse, I think her name was Adriana Delarosa, was very friendly, personable, and one of the best nurses I've had to triage with. I expected better from CC overall though. Doctors won't address an issue with you unless you go in, even if you were just there within the last month. They won't refill something you've been on for years without seeing you. They actually referred me to a walk-in clinic instead of listening! Seems like they won't order services for elsewhere, they just want you to come in so they can collect a copay. Unbelievable. Go elsewhere. Physical Therapy was fine though.

Staff gives you the run around totally incompetent. Can't figure out who work the day before . Also hadn't issued one my son went there his blood sugar was over 5 and then never hospitalized them they sent them away and told them to go see a different doctor. Can't get ahold of a supervisor neither
