I went there on September 3, 2020 and on December 17, 2021. The place is small and only have four computers. To get there, take the M or 150 bus to 2 St. You can also take the S or 120 bus to 5 St and Alton Rd. You can then walk south on Alton Rd to 1 St.

I think you have to be a resident of Miami Beach. Might be worth inquiring if with proper identification and information if they would let you take material out.
