From the UK... Really easy to make an appointment and quick and friendly service. Some great advice about prices of medication.

Worst experience for me! I tested positive for Covid after having symptoms for three days. The overall wait time seemed a little long once in the examination room. Keep in mind that no other patients were observed in the waiting room and by their own admission they were somewhat slow during my visit time. No sense of urgency. Upon seeing the PA she made her decision not to prescribe a new important proactive pharmaceutical drug (paxlovid) that helps patients with underlying condition and for patients over 65. She decided to take a wait and see, gambling on 50/50 chance that I may improve over the next few days. Keep in mind that Paxlovid is a pro-active drug that helps to improve patient symptoms and prevents severe illness or hospitalizations if administered within the first five days upon becoming symptomatic with mild to moderate covid symptoms. The PA appears to take a reactive stance. Fortunately I was able to reach out to my PCP and he immediately prescribed the paxlovid to help me prevent worsening Covid symptoms and to help me recover more quickly. The PA will not consider the patients input. I decided that my visit was going nowhere, it was definitely her way or the highway. I had an earlier visit at Baptist Urgent Care, but due to policy they were unable to prescribe the prescription drug; however, that practitioner stated if he was permitted he would have definitely prescribed Paxlovid to help me realize a quick recovery and prevent severe illness. I definitely don’t recommend this place based on my overall experience. Definitely did not meet my expectations!

I didn't have to wait TOO long which was about the only benefit of this experience. I was told I would have to pay for the full visit (outside of my insurance) because I didn't reach my deductible yet. When I said that doesn't make sense, the lady at the front desk adamantly disagreed. To avoid wasting time I said fine and paid $140 out of pocket. I was escorted to the room shortly after that where my blood pressure and temperature were taken and then I was asked a series of questions. Waited another 10 minutes until the doctor came and sat with me for a total of 3 minutes and told me there was nothing should could do for me. By then I was annoyed because I just paid $140 for you to tell me nothing. I decided to call my insurance company and learned that this facility charged them for a visit also ($200 which is more than what they charged me!) and my copay should have only been $30. So then my insurer and I called the facility together to try to get some answers. The office said they couldn't help us and gave us 2 phone numbers to call for their billing department. 1 we had already called with no answer. So we decided to try the 2nd one. Shockingly, no one answered. Now, I'm going to take this up with my credit card company as I'm not confident in getting through to the billing department. Apparently this is a trend with this company and it's disgraceful. I will never go here again. This facility and company should be closed.
