Rude and incompetent doctors and staff. Going anywhere else would be better. I've had bad experiences here and have heard many horror stories about this place and the people who work here. Marci McDonald will tell anyone who'll listen my entire medical history and life story. I'm sure she does this to everyone.

People there are polite but the doctors do not do their jobs. Went there a week ago, told them I was around someone who had bronchitis and they pretty much dismissed that and let me go saying I had an upper respiratory infection, four days …

Went into the ER two months ago for shortness of breath and elevated heart rate, the doc literally called me crazy, told me I was fine, but sent me home with prednisone. I threw it away. Do not recommend.

Went in with my three year old son who had taken a fall. We were in and out with x-rays in less than 2 hours. The nurse, doctor, and radiologist tech were kind and patient with my terrified son. Very grateful to the staff.

I once filed a complaint within the organization, in 2014. My case was given appropriate consideration and a peer review board was summoned. Each case is considered separately, based on its own merits, in my estimation.
