They take care of you, especially the elderly, it's kept up nice, love the pool, and the party room. I enjoy it here, can have my grandkids come, and have something to do, pool, playground.❤

Pool opens around Memorial Day (May). It does not stay open long enugh to enjoy. The hours open is not long for residents who work to enjoy the pool.

No lease to own or mortgage rent clbimg 50$ a month been here 7 months and already an increase was told 2 years if I leased to own then it would go up well went from 735 to 785 per month not due to improvement nope sinks leak roof leaks dry wall is water damaged floor in 3 rooms is ruined due to drains leaking Windows fall out of frame screens are missing yup worth The increase not so why the increase so they can buy the property behind the park for 500.000$ not because of improvements or a better playground nope they are making us buy their land so they make more money while we get more traffic more crowding more people's noise And pets running wild in the park thanks for the added bill For your new purchase I figure this place earns 50.000 to 76,000 a month how about spending your money on it not mine fix my home and maby But not while the roof floors and broken window and leaking plumbing and molded dry walls left like it is I'll take this to court and fight it
