There shouldn’t be a charge for a CUP FULL OF ICE!!!! Your Medium Matcha Latte with Almond Milk is $5.60 for a CUP FULL OF ICE and half a cup of the actual drink!! When I asked about the portions your attendant let me know you all ONLY PUT HALF A CUP OF THE DRINK and fill the rest with ICE!! You have gotten my money and I expected to have a FULL CUP OF SAID DRINK!! Instead I am left with a WATER DOWN VERSION OF IT!! Milk and WATER IS NASTY!!

This location used to be great but lately the coffee here has been lacking… I’ve had to pull into the parking lot from the drive through window 3 different times in the last week to get my order fixed because they don’t get my order correct anymore. 😕
