These guys are usually on point. But mistakes will be made as we are all human. An occasional overlook of what sauce was ordered is sometimes missed... But overall they do a good job and are very quick!

Pizza was getting cold by the time I got to the front of the line. 3 cars ahead of me the car just sat there for 10 minutes, like they pulled up to the window to order and then just waited. When someone came out to find out who was in the line it was already too late, they finally started moving, but I'd been sitting there for 10 minutes. The other times I've gone there the service was much better.

Ordered thru the mobile app while sitting in the parking lot. Order was ready when stated. One thing I didn't like was when I walked in I noticed an employee on her phone with open pasta sitting next to her.
