I would have given this a 1 star but both the technician and supervisor were excellent . As instructed I pre registered on line . Was instructed to wait in car until I was texted once I arrived. After 20 minutes I went in the line was 20 plus people most waiting for the same text. When I asked the person up front do I need to wait on line. Her response or should I say grunt was yes don’t you see everyone . I asked why if I pre registered .Her reply was in case you missed something . The people at front desk had no idea how to handle the influx of appointments. The worst part they did not care. My 2:15 appointment was at 4:00 I hope this will be addressed and get the proper training for these people. Perhaps sensitivity training first .

Do not respect appointments. Waiting room full and most were waiting over 45 mins and all had appointments. Would not go back

Biggest cattle call. Inconsiderate waste of time They send you this This huge PRE APPOINTMENT thing that supposedly hast you not wait at the desk. You aresupposed to wait in your cat and they will call you in.. I waited an hour Decided to walk in to a line of 20 people I sure hope they do a better cat scan than they do appointment setting that are respectful This us disgusting
