Keep having problems with this place. From items left off my order and having to wait for them to make what I ordered, to charging me for someone else's order, and now double charging me because one card reader didn't "go through". Just go somewhere else, not worth the trouble.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever! I’ve ordered from them so many times and they always call us and say we don’t have a delivery driver! I tried to order pizza 3 days in a row and every time they say the same thing! Also everything I ordered Carry out they never bring it out, I always have to call or go inside!

I am so disgusted!! I called in an order Wednesday night for my kids and myself. When I got there to pick it up they couldn't find the order and come to find out they just put it under the wrong name. While looking for the order the ENTIRE TIME the young girl was on the computer right in front of me and while she took my payment her FINGERS WERE IN HER MOUTH!! I asked her who made the pizzas to make sure it wasn't her and she pointed to the gentlemen in the back who were talking amongst themselves. As my order finished I saw this same girl go get my wings and put them in my box. SHE HAS YET TO WASH HER HANDS OR PUT ON GLOVES!! I called the store when I returned home to talk to the manager about the issue and the response I got was "he is busy right now, can you call back in 15 minutes?" Very disappointed!!

The service and the people were at a strongly agree rating, but the food quality have been bad for years at all pizza huts not just this one. The pan pizza use to be the best pizza u could by the crust golden brown and had a little crunch …Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd like to make this right.
