Got in the store 20 minutes before closing, everyone was super nice and beyond helpful with all of our questions regarding the furniture we were looking at. They even gave us a few bucks off one of the pieces of furniture we bought! 10/10 recommended coming here, lots of furniture and clothing.

Everybody that works at the store is amazing the best people I've come across so far in my time and Eugene. Highly recommended but you must be nice and kind and courteous that is the only requirement and then you will fit in. And the cashiers working On Tuesday the 20th of 2022 were both above and beyond any type of customer service I've experienced

They have come a long way with the rebranding from Teen Challenge. Clearly a lot of time and money has been spent to clean the place up and make it feel less sad to visit. It now looks much better, I just wish they had more inventory. Many aisles or sections only have a few items in it. Prices are very reasonable unlike most of the other National chain thrift stores in town.
