I have purchased a one-week membership numerous times when I'm visiting family in the area. They are very accommodating and helpful. It's nice to have all hours access to the gym.

Idk bout yoga or pilates but I do know they have bunch of different classes
I believe there is a silver sneakers club/class that meets.
Silver Sneakers class is at 10:30 on M W F mornings. Just show up with your membership info and you're good to go. Come a few minutes early and visit with other members. The social aspect is also good.
