Place is nice, unfortunately people are not. It is important to remember you share this place with others that may not like your loud music. Also it is our responsibility to flush the toilet and try to keep it in the best condition until the cleaning service comes.

A nice family beach...there is a 5$ few for the parking. It's got a play area for kids. Well maintained. Boat and scooter ramp for the enthusiasts.

We have been visiting this location yearly. It is such a nice, relaxing spot out by the water. You can bring rods and keep the kids busy with fishing. If not, spread a blanket, hang a hammock, or grab some lawn chairs. It is nice and breezy with a full bathroom close by. Definitely recommend.

No. Today, May 1, 2021, a sign said "no pets." My boating friend with a dog was told to take the dog directly to their boat.
Not sure about that. I would probably say no seeing how it is a very busy boat ramp/park.
Swimming is included it's 5 dollars for the day
Yes you can swim and not worry about alligators.
