Both of my cats usually go to Wachal and before I get into why I’m leaving a 4 star review let me disclaim that I absolutely adore this vet. That said, I called at about 10:30 this morning to ask about if I should bring my older cat (12-15) in to the vet as an emergency (in other words ASAP which takes some planning because I don’t have a car) because he can’t seem to find water and was dehydrated the other day. It is now 5 pm. The office closes in an hour. They said they would call back when I called at 10:30. I called again at 12:00 noon and was told the techs are busy in surgery (understandable). Again, it is now 5 pm. Still no call. The office closes in an hour. Four stars. Find a vet and ask them if I should bring the cat in. Guess. Something. Anything is better than this. This cat has been my best friend for over 10 years and honestly he deserves better than this.

My dog Buddy and I are so gratful to this place. The human society recommended this vet.Buddy and I have been working on some fear-based reactivity toward other dogs. The staff is very helpful with getting Buddy in the office without incident. They so patient and kind(with both of us 😇). You can tell that they care about Buddy and his physical/mental health. Every time I call with questions about Buddy's symptoms and behavior, they took the time to listen and provide detailed answers. We really really appreciate Wachal.

Been bring my animals here since 2013. Knowledgeable always make sure I understand whats going on. Prices are reasonable(always honest about cost if i asked what it will cost in advance.), service is friendly, have always been avaible when I have had pet emergencies.

We’ve been coming here for the last 2 years and we couldn’t be more pleased. Very professional, affordable, informative and nice and easy to work with. They are usually pretty dang busy so always call ahead and know they’re a small team but they’re who you want looking after your little furry family members.
