To provide some context, I booked a uhaul at the very last moment because TWO different moving companies dropped me last minute due to a truck/staff shortage. By the time I booked the uhaul, I was extremely stressed and nervous about being able to complete my move. I was nervous the truck would not be available after all, since I’d had multiple companies cancel on me last minute. Not only did Robert work to get me into the truck ASAP, he also worked quickly to solve it when the previous renter locked the keys inside the truck. Uhaul also connected me with movers last minute who were able to load my truck professionally and quickly. The entire moving experience is stressful and can be unpredictable. I’ll only ever work with uhaul in the future because I know I can depend on them.
