The 5 stars is because it is great for what it is. This is not the Hilton, but it is a very clean, safe and comfortable place to stay and when I come back thru I will stay again. Great location friendly staff, quick check in, cold cereal, fruits and coffee for breakfast. Although we went to Jimmy's Egg for breakfast about 500 ft from hotel. The room was VERY clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept on outside of a high end hotel. No noise, no creepy people hanging around lol. Staff very accommodating.

On our way home from Disney/Universal we needed a place to stay. The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We booked a room at SureStay Hotel in Jasper Alabama and were very pleased! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The bed as well as the pillows were very comfortable. There was a fishing tournament in town so the hotel was full but it was still quiet & peaceful. The hotel is located near plenty of stores and restaurants. We will stay there again on our next visit to Smith Lake!
