Ordered food at 6:19 pm it’s 8pm and it’s just being delivered. Should have something telling you how long order times are going to be. Tried calling multiple times to cancel and could never get a hold of anyone. Now I have to hope the food is edible. Will never order from again.

Pizza is always delicious. The young blonde girl and boy flirted the whole time I was in the building, nobody answered the phone, the young girl stood there doing absolutely NOTHING. I was not impressed at all, the phone rang probably 20 times while I was in the store, the only one doing anything was the pizza maker, he was friendly and doing what needed to be done. This store needs more structure and watching over in my opinion. Not sure I'll return there or not yet

Honestly. The utter incompetence of the employees at this store is completely astounding. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:29 pm. I’m sitting I. The lobby. Even let them know I was there. I have them my first and last name. And somehow they still set my order aside and let it sit there for 10 minutes after me repeatedly asking about my order. Their excuse? There were two orders under the name Jackson. Which is why I gave them my first name as well which they obviously failed to listen. The fact that this simple issue confused them to the point where my order was sitting on a rack for 10 minutes honestly makes me question these employees ability to do basic problem solving. Train better. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Waited over an hour for my order. Calling didn't help. First call waited 5 minutes and nothing. They immediately hung up the phone on the second call. The third call finally reached someone and he said I was the 4th order to go out and to wait an additional 20- 30 minutes (on top of the 1hr+ that I've already been waiting). Ended up canceling my order. Not worth my time or loyalty.
