There are times I go into this Best Buy and think to myself "this place seems to be winding down to closure". The location is convenient to those of us living here in Sarasota but their selection is lacking and customer service is less than mediocre. I still prefer to buy my more expensive electronics items from Best Buy because I prefer to see the physical item before I buy it, to see if its what I really want, and because Best Buy still has the better warranty service, far better than the garbage you get from Amazon. Also, what is great, is that Best Buy will match stuff sold by Amazon (it has to be sold and shipped by Amazon) which is great because I'd rather have a physical location anywhere I go to get a replacement on more expensive items than to hassle with online only insurance and retailers who'll fight you to the death on the claim. Overall I wouldn't walk in here with high expectations, but its close, clean, and somewhat decently stocked.

An associate called Joe gave me the best Best Buy experience I've ever had. I have had bad experiences in the past with poor service and the Geek Squad, but I received top-notch quality service from Joe, who helped me find the correct replacement charger for my laptop and is having it shipped to where I'll be spending the next few weeks. Excellent associates make all the difference in the world.

The best experience we’ve had in store buying a new Tv and sound bar was on Saturday 05/07/22 at this store. Alexis (consultant) did it very professional and helpful. Thank You for your help.

I like to give good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't - instead, it's a mixed review. My wife & I went to buy a new TV. There were two associates chatting to a pair of customers. We waited and waited. It was clear they knew we were waiting for assistance. Did it really need the two of them to help the other customers? Could they have found another associate for us? We finally gave up. Went to the entrance for one of the carts - chose a TV, loaded it on the cart between us (I'm 77, my wife is 79) - they never offered to help. Then when we had pushed it near the checkout, one of the checkout people saw us and rushed over to help, insisted on pushing it himself, then after payment, arranged for it to be conveyed to our vehicle. Zero stars for sales associates, five stars for check-out person.

Yes they carry two kinds. Also they sell an adapter if you have a pair of Bluetooth headphones you like to use.
user error??
Check online on their website or call their geek squad
Then take it back to Best buy and get a new one. You put this question about Best buy.
Always call ahead if ur looking for something specific. They can order it for u and have it delivered if they are sold out though.
Geek squad would look then send off...unless under warrenty likly better to buy a new one
Yep...operator error
I don't think this is how you make an appointment Helga, but I do know that they are more lax on their walk-in policy. I would say just go in!
Yes.
No, Best Buy does not fix printers. Sorry!
You can make an appointment to buy a tv now. Ive been there twice and the process worked well. But make an appointment first via the website.
No
Yes. Curbside
You have to call Best Buy to answer that question.
Yes, depending on age, price varies between 150 to 250
Use a Mobile hotspot from your wireless carrier
I don't know all I've seen was TV's maybe have to order
Don't know give them a call
www.bestbuy.com. If you have some time they can deliver most components to the Sarasota store even if they don't stock
If it's under warranty yes
I am unsure but you can check inventory on their website by location closest to you!
Anywhere from $9.99 to $399.99.
I don't, call Waste Management
Id say walmart but bestbuy deff sells digital chess sets they also double as checkers poker spades a phone maby they even have an alarm and internet access on them they are called tablets and computers and even phones have chess sets
I suggest you call the store. Different PCS require different power supplies so have your PC model handy so you can give that to them and I assumed you were talking about the internal power supply and not just an electric cord
I am unable to answer this. I go to best buy for phones and computers. To use geek support.
The easiest thing to do is to call and ask them. Then you wont be disappponted when you get there
I have been three things installed.
