Stopped here thinking it'll be quick, boy was I wrong! Slowest service ever. Been there 3 times and 2 times it took over 15 minutes to get my food with only one person in front of me. Third time today, I thought I'd be smart and order online instead, Nope! Order was placed at 10:40am with a ready by 11am. Got there at 11am and there were no customers inside and they hadn't even started on my order yer. Ordered four sandwiches and they couldn't ever mark the sandwiches to identify the different sandwiches. I wish there were a Jimmy John's in Chesnee.

I am absolutely f’n livid, I was in the drive through for 25 minutes for one foot long with no other customers there or inside, 4 employees all young boys. THEY FORGOT I WAS WAITING FOR MY SANDWICH AND HAD TO ASK IF I PAID WHEN I ALREADY HAD 15 minutes prior. All on their phones playing games doing absolutely nothing. If you don’t like your job just ducking quit. If you can’t quit, DO YOUR JOB ITS NOT HARD. And I’m in the service industry I normally don’t say anything but there is no excuse for this.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to , I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a footling cold cut combo and this Debra lady who works there tried to charge 15.00 I told her there was noway I was paying that and she had the nerve to tell me there prices went up lol. I have seen this lady be very rude to other customers she slammed the window in my face when I was still talking to her ,she has no customer service skills about her and she don't need to be working there . I'm gonna find out who owns that place because they need to know how she treats people .

Do not eat here Dr confirmed food poisoning!!!!! I was 100% fine before I ate here Monday afternoon. Can currently only drink Ensure to keep anything in me. Do not eat here!!!
